Stress can cause our cells to fail to reach optimal oxygen levels and become acidic. This can create waste products to be stored in cells and blood vessels, leading to serious consequences for our health over time. Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) utilizes low frequency sound vibrations and relaxing music to increase oxygenation and acidation, essentially cleaning the cells. This therapy is conducted through the use of a Vibroacoustic Sound Table.
How is Vibroacoustic Therapy given?
Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy (VAT) uses sound and vibrations to reduce stress, relieve pain, restore balance and enhance quality of life. VAT frequencies range between 30Hz and 120Hz and are applied directly to the body through a treatment table topped with a water-filled mattress. Clients remove only their shoes and recline on the treatment table.
You will hear soothing music through the speakers in the room and feel the gentle vibrational frequencies through the water mattress. The vibration is delivered so cleanly that the brain interprets the stimulus as sound rather than a shaking sensation. A full spectrum of audio is heard.
What is Vibroacoustic Therapy used to treat?
The conditions treated most often are inflammation, pain and anxiety. This therapy is also used in conjunction with our many IV therapies. Because the table offers an extremely large range of frequencies, a seemingly limitless number of conditions can be treated. Some of the more typical are insomnia, chronic pain, PTSD, and Fibromyalgia. This therapy is also beneficial for patients with Parkinson’s, COPD, physical injuries, asthma and many, many more. The Phoenix Cardinals recently had a customer made Liquid Sound Table built so their football players could aid recovery time, pain management and dealing with the stresses of professional sports.
Prices start at $75 for a 45 Minute Session, NO INITIATION FEE. Each session is customized depending on the patient's particular needs. Patients also combine the VAT with IV Therapy, Hyperbaric Chamber, or Ozone Steam Cabinet and make it a Spa Day.
